DGM comes from the lawfirm established in 1972 by the late Jean-Jacques MAGNIN, Attorney-at-Law in Geneva, and with whom Baudouin DUNAND went into partnership in 1981 to practise law under the name of MAGNIN, DUNAND & PARTNERS.

Located in the historic centre of Geneva, close to the Palais de Justice, DGM's main activity is to provide legal advice and representation before the ordinary courts and in Swiss and international arbitration proceedings on behalf of private clients and companies, as well as Swiss and international groups. 

DGM also maintains relations with MD SERVICES S.A., located in the same building, a company duly registered as a financial intermediary with the Association Romande des Intermédiaires Financiers (ARIF), which offers accounting, administrative and management services to Swiss and foreign companies and structures.

DGM advises and assists its clients before all the authorities and courts in Switzerland and has a large network of business lawyers through the Alliance of Business Lawyers (ABL), offering its Swiss and foreign clients solid experience and a wide range of services.
