International mutual assistance law

International legal assistance concerns all civil, criminal, or administrative procedures involving cooperation between the judicial or administrative authorities of different States or international organisations, as provided for by bilateral or multilateral agreements and by domestic laws.

Our clients are thus advised and represented in matters of international assistance, in particular in the hearing of witnesses or parties by way of letters rogatory, requests for information on bank assets or investments, or concerning commercial companies, for example in connection with the identification of beneficial owners, as well as in civil or criminal disputes with an international dimension involving Switzerland, for example in cases of fraud or swindling.
