Administrative law

Administrative law concerns all potential disputes with the administrative authorities of the municipalities, the cantons or the Confederation, as well as in relation to other entities with public law prerogatives. 

DGM advises its clients on applications for work permits, residence permits (B Permit), establishment permits (C Permit) or naturalisation, for example for workers, pensioners, or students. DGM also advises its clients on social insurance matters (AVS, Invalidity Insurance - AI, Pensions - LPP, etc.).

DGM also offers advice and assistance on building regulations and on the laws on land, town and country planning (land-use plans – aménagement du territoire).
